We do our best to charge you exactly what we pay in shipping costs. To accomplish this our shipping costs are calculated by UPS using the total shipping dimensional weight of your order, not the actual weight, shipped from our warehouses zip code to your zip code. Shipping companies like UPS & FedEx DO NOT use the actual weight anymore. So an order of flowers may only weigh 5lbs, but the dimensional weight could easily be 10-40lbs depending on the size of the flowers. To determine your exact shipping fees please add the product(s) to your cart, then proceed to view your cart and click on the button CALCULATE to enter in your state and zip code. If for any reason you feel your shipping total is inaccurate please contact us and we will investigate it immediately.
Orders received between Monday and Friday by 1:00 pm ET will be processed the same day.
Orders received after 1:00 pm ET will be processed the following business day.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Priority shipments and items marked as being custom made cannot be altered or canceled under any circumstances.
Continental United States:
We are committed to shipping all orders out as soon as we can. If you would like your order delivered to you quicker we also offer multiple priority shipment options. All priority orders are shipped quicker as they are prioritized over other orders. We make every attempt to ship priority orders the day they are processed but due to seasonal peaks they may ship the next business day. If you need your item guaranteed by a certain date please note it in your order and we will determine whether it's possible with the shipping option you chose. Items shipped to Alaska or Hawaii may take a couple additional days.

International Orders:
The website will only allow international orders to Canada but we are willing to ship most items anywhere. International orders outside of Canada will require payments via wire transfer, all shipping documents and pre-paid shipping labels. We have daily UPS and FedEx pickups so any other shipper will require you to schedule a pickup. Please email blueblossomrentals@gmail.com for international orders shipped outside of Canada. Any item marked as Free Shipping cannot be shipped internationally.

We are not responsible for Customs delays, taxes and/or duty fees on international orders. Please contact your local customs office for more information on Customs fees. If the package is returned back to us because the fees were not paid, we will refund only the product price minus any additional costs we incurred.
Estimated Freight Shipping:
If your order contains one or more items too large for our website to calculate shipping costs, (very heavy and/or very tall items), you will be prompted to pay a flat percentage of the total. Please understand that this total is just an estimate based on the product price and that the actual shipping fees may be a lot less or a lot more. We will notify you via email the actual shipping costs and await your approval before shipment. Depending on the exact shipping fee's and what you paid, we will either credit you the difference or send you an invoice for the balance due. The shipment will be released as soon as the payment for the difference is paid. Let us know if you need this order rushed as this will greatly effect the price.
Estimated Custom Item Shipping:
If your order contains any products marked Custom Made you will be prompted to pay a flat percentage of the total. Please understand that this total is just an estimate and that the actual shipping fees may be a lot less or a lot more. You may request a shipping quote first but we may not know the exact shipping box size needed so it'll only be a close estimate. These cannot be expedited and can take 2-4 weeks to create and then ship.
Out Of Stock & Backorders:
We do our best to update our inventory every few days but occasionally some of our products will sell out faster than we can update our website. These are usually limited to seasonal items but can also occur to exotic or popular flower colors. In these cases we will contact the customer directly with possible suggestions of similar items or colors, possibly upgrading to something else or refunding the payment in full.
