Q. Where can I find some instructions for how to rent?

Q. How far does your included delivery fees go?

A. We will deliver within 30 miles of Fishers, IN, for orders over $400, and pickup time of no later than 9:00PM. Pickup times after 9:00PM can be scheduled for additional fee. If you cannot determine if your event address qualifies for free delivery, give us your address and we will be happy to let you know. 

Q. What are the pickup fees for pickups after 9:30pm

A. 9:30PM charge of $50

10PM charge of of $100

10:30pm charge of $150

11PM charge of $200

1130pm charge of $250

12AM charge of $300

However, we will work with your venue for next day pickups so avoid these fees when possible. This will depend on the venue allow us, if the arch is needed the next morning, and if we can fit it into our schedule the next day. 

Q. How much does delivery cost if it is not within 30 miles of Fishers?

A. If your location exceeds 30 miles, we charge $1/mile. Not to exceed 75 miles. This includes delivery to Lafayette, IN & Bloomington, IN. 

Q. How much are delivery fees if my order is under $400?

A. That depends on how far the delivery address is from our warehouse in Fishers, & if it requires setup. Just email us and we will send you a quote based on these 2 factors. 

Q. What does it mean when it says price is for 1 setup/location only?

A. That means the price you pay is for our movers and/or florist to set this item up one time, at one location. Additional fees will apply if the desired rental item is to be moved from the ceremony to the reception, or anywhere else. 

Q. What if I want to see the flowers in person first? 

A. We would be happy to meet with you in person to show you a sample of whatever flowers you are interested in. This will be by appointment only, so please email us if this is something you would like before renting our product.

Q. What if I want to see an Altar/Arch/ or Backdrop in person first?

A. We do not meet to show you these products because they are too big and cumbersome to transport for these kind if appointments. We strive to provide you with clear and precise photos so you know what the product looks like before you rent. 

Q. The item I want to rent is already booked for the date of my event! Can you get another one?

A. We have multiple counts of each item in our inventory and plan to add more as we get a better idea of the demand of each item. Please email us the item you need, along with your event date, and we will work to make one available for you. 

Q. Can I buy the bouquet I am renting?

A. At this time, we do not offer the option for any of our product to be bought. 

Q. How do I rent the floral arrangements shown on the Altars/Arches/Backdrops?

A. Please email us which one you would like to rent and we will send you a billing invoice and include it with your rental.

Q. Can I request a different floral arrangement be made and rented for my Altar/Arch/Backdrop?

A. At this time, we are not offering custom floral arrangements, but we are already working on adding a variety of arrangements to choose from. This should be available to you soon!

Q. There is an Altar/Arch/Backdrop that I would like for my event but you do not currently offer it, can you get this for me?

A. We would love to know what you are looking for and we may be able to provide it for you as a rental soon. We are already in the process of adding more. Please email us the deets and we can let you know if this is possible. 

Q. I am having problems checking out, is the checkout button not working?

A. First, please check to see if the browser you are using is Internet Explorer. If so, open a different browser like Google Chrome or Safari. Internet Explorer is not supported by our website host Shopify. If this doesn't solve your problems please email or text us and we will quickly get back to you!
